The death of the deceased tenant will need to be recorded with DNRM to allow them to be removed from the title.

Once Probate is obtained lodge a Form 4 Record of Death with DNRM.
NO – Probate
Lodge Form 4 Record of Death with DNRM along with the original Death Certificate.
